1. What should I wear?
We will provide a robe and slippers, which can be worn throughout the entire Spa. You will need to bring your own bathing suit and athletic shoes for the use of our facilities. To maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, please leave pagers and cellular phones at home. Please don't wear watch or jewelry
2. May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. All of our therapists are sensitive to guests feeling comfortable during treatments. Appropriate draping practices are always observed. We suggest you wear only your robe and slippers. However, if would feel more comfortable, undergarments may be worn.
3. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your Spa or Salon appointments. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged full price for any pre-booked service.
4. How early should I arrive?
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow us time to familiarize you with our facility. To begin your relaxation, we also recommend use of our showers, steam and sauna rooms before your services. Arriving late will shorten the precious minutes of your Spa treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time so that our next guest isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.
5. Is tipping appropriate?
Yes. A general guideline would be between 10 and 20%.
6. Is the Spa for me if I'm pregnant?
Yes, even though you should avoid using deep heat or pressure. We would like to recommend our Maternity Massage. Please inquire about appropriate facials and body treatments.
7. Is there a restaurant in the Spa?
Yes. Located within the Spa, Sprouts is a nationally accliamed spa restaurant featured on the food network. Serving a variety of Arizona inspired heart-healthy dishes, the Spa chef focuses on bringing out the vibrant flavors of the Soutwest. Sprots is open for breakfast and lunch. Hours of operation vary seasonally.
8. Does the Spa have Gift Certificates?
Yes. You may purchase gift certificatets from the Spa front desk or online at www.camelbackspa.com.
