The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance. For this reason, illness related Cancellation fees are waived to alleviate any stress or hesitation you have about upcoming appointments • Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to the full treatment price. A minimum of 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or amend any reserved appointment.

• Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time • Additional sanitizing practices are in place • Showering prior to spa services is required, showering after is optional but recommended (showers available at the spa) • For your convenience a 20% service charge has been added to each of our spa services • All 60 minute spa services come with full access to the spa amenities, salon services do not include spa amenities, unless you are a resort guest•
