The health and safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. For this reason, illness related cancellation fees are waived to alleviate any stress or hesitation you have about upcoming appointments.

• Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to the full treatment price. A minimum of 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or amend any reserved appointment.

 • Jackrabbit Spa and Salon is located next to the Resort Fitness and Hoppin' Jack's Pool. 

• Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• For your convenience a 20% service charge is added to each of our spa services, if at anytime you prefer that to be adjusted we will accommodate.

• All 60 minute spa services come with ability to access the spa infrared sauna, cold plunge, spa hydrotherapy pool and Adult Pool of our Hoppin' Jack's Pool. 

• Scheduling time is required for Sauna and Cold Plunge, you may do so at the spa desk.  

• Spa showers are located at our Hoppin' Jack's Pool.

• Salon services do not include spa or pool access, unless you are a resort guest.

Pregnancy Limitations:

Body scrubs are not recommended while pregnant and Hydrafacials are not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.  Guests must be past the 1st trimester to schedule a maternity massage.  For those within the first trimester, only facial and manicure or pedicure services are recommended.
