Frequently Asked Questions

To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest you arrive a minimum of 15-minutes prior to your appointment to check you in and let us familiarize you with our spa. Included with your spa day is the ability to access our infared sauna, cold plunge, whirlpool spa pool and adult pool area of the resort pool, appointments are required for sauna and cold plunge and can be made upon check-in. Please avoid arriving late as your treatment will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed.

We suggest comfortable clothing or we are able provide you with a robe and slippers, which you can wear throughout the entire spa. Please be aware the entire space is co-ed and to bring your own bathing suit and athletic shoes. Please do not wear your jewelry or watch and leave your valuables at home.

Jackrabbit Spa is an intimate adult-oriented experience for guests over 18 years of age.  Our focus is to provide intentional spa services in our boutique setting.  Upon arrival to Jackrabbit Spa, we will provide you a tour, location to change, a variety of spa services in a spacious spa suite and food and beverage service available directly to the spa whirlpool. To preserve our tranquil setting, cell phones and smoking of any kind are prohibited.
